Event Postponed Until Further Notice: Please join us on September 26th for the National Public Lands Day tree planting!

Please join Mountain Studies Institute and the San Juan National Forest for a day of tree planting to celebrate Earth Day and Arbor Day! Social distancing will be observed at this outdoor event. Please plan on your own transportation, suitable for travel on a dirt road.

Please come prepared with lunch, water, sturdy footwear, clothing for any type of weather, and an enthusiasm for making our Forest a little greener!

We will meet in the SOUTHWEST CORNER of the Trimble Crossing parking lot (Intersection of Hwy 550 and Trimble Lane) at 9 am on Saturday, April 11. We will then *caravan up Missionary Ridge Road to the tree planting site. We will finish up and be back at the cars by 2 pm.
