Find your Action! The Sustainability Summit one of the largest sustainability and environmental events at FLC every year! Come learn about and be inspired by everything going on campus and in our community. With over 15 campus and community organizations represented, it's an amazing opportunity to network and make connections. From campus clubs, to community non-profits looking for volunteers, to organizations with job and internship opportunities, there is something for everyone!
Time: 4:30-7 PM, Tuesday October 15th
Location: FLC Student Union Ballroom
Cost: FREE and open to all!
Event Schedule:
4:30-5:20 pm – FLC Sustainability Presentations (station hosts encouraged to attend, but not mandatory)
5:20-5:45 pm – Keynote speaker/activity
5:45-6 pm – Transition to open tabling and FREE FOOD!
6-7 pm – Open forum with environmental/sustainability community organization tabling
Transportation/Parking: We encourage all off-campus attendees to walk, bike, or bus in support of sustainability! You can take the 4 PM bus from the Durango Transit center and arrive on campus with plenty of time to spare. If you drive, you'll have to purchase a half-day parking pass as the start of the event (4:30 PM) is still during enforcement hours.
